For the past few weeks our kids been working along side our staff members in teams of about 15 or 20 in hopes of winning the grand prize which was a trip to an amusement park. This event was organized by NPH international and was aimed at helping to encourage team building and also allow a time for the staff members to get to know our kids a bit more.
Each team had a team name which were various values such as "respect," "generosity," or "integrity." And each team had to work together with the other members in their group to complete certain activities. The day was filled with water balloons, races, creating a costume out of tissue paper, and of course- eating apples hanging from a string covered in honey and chamoy while dancing.
